Administrative Officer

Due to growth and expansion, the Asia Society AustralAsia Centre now has an opportunity for a team member to join us in the capacity of Administrative Officer

As Administrative Officer, your main duties will include:
• Reception
• Faxing/Filing
• Data Entry
• Managing Stationery and Office Supplies
• Mail Collection / Sorting
• Registration at events
• Basic office administration

To be successful in this role you will ideally have some experience within an office environment and should possess an excellent phone manner. You will be required to attend events and therefore should be professionally presented.

You will be familiar with the MS Office suite and should possess good written and verbal communication and time-management skills.
You are someone who enjoys working both autonomously and as part of a small team.
